Four Swords Adventures |

Fearing that the seal that imprisoned the evil wind sorcerer Vaati might have weakened, Princess Zelda calls together her the six maidens and her friend, Link. Before they are able to open a portal the Four Sword Sanctuary, Shadow Link appears and traps the six maidens and Zelda in dark crystals before retreating.

Link enters the Four Sword Sanctuary and takes the Four Sword in order to help Zelda, but in the process, he also releases the evil sorcerer Vaati.
