Recently it was announced that there would be a new Nintendo Direct on April 12. ARMS and Splatoon 2 will be the main focuses, but it’s expected that the Direct will also reveal new information on upcoming games for the Switch and 3DS. Fans in New York have even more reason to be excited: Nintendo NY recently tweeted that they would be showing the Direct live at the store, much like in times past.

Nintendo is riding a wave of mainly positive news recently thanks to the Switch’s successful launch. Many hope that this upcoming Direct will continue to bring great news to the customer base. The opportunity to bring fans together and experience the Nintendo Direct live is an appealing one. Hopefully the crowd will have a lot to celebrate together with lots of welcomed news revealed.
