Nintendo has won a patent case in Seattle federal court concerning their Mii avatar creation system.  RecogniCorp LLC, a patent-assertion company, filed the case on December 20, 2011, claiming that Nintendo’s Mii system, used on Wii, Wii U and 3DS, infringed their patent.
