This month Vans, are celebrating the launch of Vans x Nintendo, a new range of Nintendo inspired clothing and merchandise, by hosting an Interactive Exhibition at House of Vans, London. The exhibition is open to the public now and runs until June 19.

Over 1000 fans showed up to the opening on June 2 and enjoyed Nintendo themed food and cocktails, a Mario Kart 8 competition, and a visit from the man himself — a dude in a Mario costume. They held a screening of the notorious Super Mario Bros. movie on June 5 and have more events planned over the coming weeks, including a Smash Bros. competition and a Retro Game Making workshop.

The one I’m most interested in is the Majora’s Mask making workshop.

Majora's Mask Making worksop

It’s being held with the help of prop-making company Artyfakes, and like all these events, it’s free entry, although booking is required. After the session you will leave with your own custom card-based mask. You can choose from a Zelda-themed mask or go rogue and make your own.

Maybe one day they’ll grant my wish and make some Majora’s Mask hi-tops, eh?

If you’re anywhere near London over the next few weeks, definitely check out this awesome free Nintendo exhibition.
