You might remember Bill Trinen. He was a big guy at Nintendo before getting downsized. Fortunately, Bill still works at the Big N, but in his upcoming spar he’ll be entering the EVO Championship Series’s Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournament
The rumor of Bill’s participation was tweeted out by him on July 3, along with a bracket that included his name. Bill later went on to tweet he appreciated the EVO support in the wake of the announcement, but that it will be his first tournament in a decade. “The real stars are the guys coming out every week,” he added.
Appreciate all the EVO support, but it's my first tournament in a decade. The real stars are the guys coming out every week. #Smash4Life
