Craig Warrack likes action figures. Specifically, he likes tearing them apart and meshing them together to create new ones. Alongside his video reviews of action figures, many unique creations have come to life by Warrack’s hand. His latest, and biggest, project is his take on the King of Evil, Ganon.

Warrack’s Ganon figure is fully articulated from its ankles to its fingers, and his features are drawn from both the villain’s Gerudo and beast forms, from the original Ganon in The Legend of Zelda to the Ganondorf from Hyrule Warriors. The figure’s scale alone is worthy of a dropped jaw or two — Figma’s Link barely meets Ganon’s knee in terms of sheer size — but it’s the level of detail that truly shines. From Gohma’s claw making the trident’s prongs, to the flowing hair and the replicated Gerudo patterns, this figurine looks as if it has stepped directly out of a Zelda game.

Have I mentioned it’s big? Parts of an 18-inch Spider-Man figure went into this bad boy! You can check out some close-up views and progress pictures in the video below. And if you like Warrack’s work, be sure to check out his YouTube channel.
