In February we reported that USAopoly had announced their intentions to release a Legend of Zelda version of the dice game Yahtzee. As previously stated, Yahtzee: The Legend of Zelda will come with a treasure chest dice cup and a variety of different colored dice, which presumably represent the various colored Rupees found in the Zelda universe.

While this was the extent of what we knew about the game back in February, we have two new crucial pieces of information: a release date and a price point. The game will cost $29.99 USD, and will be released on June 15 of this year. The collector’s edition is now available for pre-order on GameStop, so if you are a Zelda fanatic, a Yahtzee fanatic, or both, this is a must-purchase for you!

As there are seemingly a number of Zelda-themed games being released, first with Zelda Monopoly, and now with Yahtzee: The Legend of Zelda, what would you like to see next? “Trivial Pursuit: The Legend of Zelda” is right up my alley!
