We’ve seen Link reproduced in countless different art styles, but Jed Henry, a web artist who is a big fan of video games, is the first to venture into the ukiyo-e woodblock print art style for Link. Crafted beautifully are his first three pieces: Link, Samus, and Mega Man. Jed plans on continuing this style of work with Mario Kart, Contra, and Castlevania projects already in progress. Moreover, he intends on adding poems to the pieces and replacing the English names with the corresponding Kanji.

Take the jump to view the pieces in their full beauty!

You can view his tumblr page here, which he explains a little more about his pieces and himself. Also you can view the fourth part of his collection: Mario Kart.
