If your decision for where to buy Tears of the Kingdom comes down to which pre-order bonus catches your eye the most, North American fans have a new option. Best Buy recently revealed that they are offering a free art print for anyone who pre-orders a physical copy of Tears of the Kingdom with them. The bonus is only available for new pre-orders, however, so it won’t be offered to anyone who pre-ordered the game prior to the art print’s announcement.
The art print is a slightly expanded image of the game’s gorgeous cover art, where Link peers down at Hyrule from atop one of the Sky Islands. There has been no confirmation as to the art print’s dimensions are, or what material it is made out from, although Best Buy has noted it as being a $9.99 value. You also won’t be able to pick up the art print in stores. Instead, it will be shipped to your home, with Best Buy currently listing the estimated ship date as the game’s release day, May 12th, 2023. This seems to suggest that it will be something much sturdier than just your average piece of paper. Upon close inspection of the patterned border, it appears the print is framed, maybe even matted.
