Tears of the Kingdom’s official soundtrack is now added to the Nintendo Music app

This is not a drill! Just like that, Nintendo has shadow dropped the entire soundtrack of Tears of the Kingdom into their mobile Nintendo Music app on June 2. Yes, all 344 tracks from the game!

From the chilling trailer Prologue to the epic ascent towards Colgera to the final showdown with Ganondorf to the last catch (if you know, you know), and everything in between, fans can now relive the majesty and splendor of this huge orchestrated Hyrulean soundtrack. If you haven’t listened to this absolute unit of a track, now is your chance. (If you already played the game or don’t mind getting spoiled, of course.) It’s a rather bold move for Nintendo to play when the launch of the Switch 2 console and the Switch 2 Editions of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom are happening in a mere few days. Then again, it may be a sign that Nintendo has even bigger things saved up their sleeve. App consumers can find a note in the app saying, “Next week there will be no new tracks.”

Obviously, Nintendo is very busy.

But as far as it goes for Zelda fans, and fans of Tears of the Kingdom in particular, there is already plenty for our ears to be preoccupied with.

The Nintendo Music app is available for free download for Nintendo Switch Online members on the iPhone App Store and Google Play store today.
