Another new Nintendo Direct has ended, and with it came a whole new slew of game announcements and trailers. It was a pretty strong show in general. Some key highlights include Super Mario Bros Wonder, which is a 2D platformer that looks to breakaway from the “New” series with a fresh look and outlandish game mechanics. It’s out on October 20. Wario Ware Move It! is the spiritual sequel to Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, and it launches November 3. Pikmin 4 launches next month on July 21, with a port of Pikmin 1 and 2 available for purchase now. And perhaps most surprising, Super Mario RPG is getting an incredible-looking remake available on November 17. There was also the news that two new Tears of the Kingdom amiibo are coming.

- Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon on is a 3DS port coming to Switch

- Gloomhaven is a board game, now turned video game, and releases on September 18.
- Just Dance 2024 comes out on October 24.
- XSEED is bringing a new JRPG, Silent Hope, on October 3.
- Fae Farm is out on September 8.
- Manic Mechanics is a party game in the vein of Order Up. It’s out on July 13.
- Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 is coming soon.
- Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope: The Last Spark Hunter is new DLC available now!
- Dragon Quest Monsters The Dark Prince is out December 1.
- Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 comes out October 24.
- Vampire Survivors is coming to Switch on August 17, and they announced 4-player co-op.
- Head Bangers Rhythm Royale appears just in time for Halloween on October 31.
- Penny’s Big Breakaway is a new game from the team that made Sonic Mania, and it is out later this year.
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Wave 5 brings more courses to the game, and three new playable characters.
- Star Ocean The Second Story R is an “HD 2D” remake launching on November 2.
