This week, we have launched the first major update to Zelda Maps in a while, and it introduces a major feature that we wanted when we began development of the project: more Zelda games!
We launched Zelda Maps in 2017 to help everyone find everything in Breath of the Wild, but from the very beginning of the project, we had hoped to eventually include every Zelda game. In fact, we used the overworld of A Link to the Past as a placeholder during initial development!
Today, I am thrilled to finally announce that we have added a second game to Zelda Maps: Link’s Awakening.

You can now switch between the maps for Breath of the Wild and Link’s Awakening and track your progress in both! In addition, the map includes both the overworld and dungeon maps for Link’s Awakening.
In addition to the new maps, the project has a few other notable new features.
- You can now reset your progress. This should be helpful when you start a new file. We know there are a lot of fans who replay the games regularly!
- You can view your progress by hovering over the category icons.
- You can generate an embed code to include a copy of the map in your own projects.
If you encounter any problems or want to suggest new features, please send us feedback so we can continue to improve this community resource.
