Player builds impressive flyboard in Tears of the Kingdom

Tears of the Kingdom has been out for almost a year now. Released last May, it is arguably one of the best Zeldas ever created, and some of the most fun you will ever have in the land of Hyrule. While there are different types of players when it comes to this game, such as adventurers or explorers, some players have quite literally dove into this world of Hyrule and explored many of its nooks and crannies. New things are being discovered every day and some are using the games building feature with Ultrahand to craft new vehicles and structures. One very talented player who goes by the name Wise_Mulberry1065 on reddit, has created a functional flyboard that looks very fun to traverse with.

This flyboard seems to be constructed with a Zonai shield, a sled and a fan. The cool thing about this flyboard is that it can run on air or land, almost seamlessly. It also looks like it doesn’t use battery power to run. That being the case the use for it is probably unlimited and that is a feat of its own. Most of the devices in the game require the need of battery power to run, therefore causing the player to increase their battery capabilities or find batteries to run the vehicles they create.

The Ultrahand ability is one the most amazing aspects of Tears of the Kingdom. The fact that the Zelda team included it at all is one thing, but getting it to function properly is surely the real winner. Some games struggle to get even the most basic physics to work in their games and here the Zelda team manages to pull off Ultrahand to such a degree that other game developers are still in shock. It makes you wonder what will be discovered with its capablities in another couple of months. Hopefully something nicer than just another Korok torture device. Poor little Koroks…
