Game devs reveal Tears of the Kingdom’s physics engine for sound

Tears of the Kingdom is arguably a technical success for developers by leaps and bounds. Many of the elements that were included in the game are nothing short of a technical marvel. Developers are in awe by how much the Zelda team has accomplished with this game, with many saying that achieving such success in such a “short” period of time is uncanny. While it may not be apparent to some, to the rest of us, this is not surprising at all. Tears of the Kingdom is such a great game, packed to the brim with so many secrets and undiscovered ways to do things, that it might take years for players to discover them all. One such amazing feat that was revealed during this year’s Game Developers Conference, was the fact that Tears of the Kingdom actually created its own physics engine for sound during its development, much to the surprise of the staff.
