Seeing the future can come in handy sometimes. It certainly does with Nintendo’s Black Friday specials. On November 3rd, the Big N revealed that its successful Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Switch bundle deal will be returning for Black Friday this year. With a generously discounted price of $299.99 USD, it will be the same deal as the previous two years, giving shoppers a rare third chance for this popular holiday swag. It’s a good time to buy a Switch before the possibility of a supply shortage or price hike occurs. The bundle includes a standard Nintendo Switch system with blue and red Joy-Cons, a downloadable version of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and a three-month subscription to Nintendo Switch Online, which is now an even more significant value with titles like Majora’s Mask, Golden Eye, and Pokemon Stadium and its sequel joining the roster of retro titles that customers can play in the subscription.
But the bundle pack is only the beginning. Nintendo has plenty more Black Friday deals up its sleeves. According to the press release on Nintendo’s website, a slew of big-name Switch titles will also have their prices slashed with rare deep discounts. Some games like Breath of the Wild, Link’s Awakening, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Fire Emblem: Three Hopes will be sold for only $39.99 each. Other titles like Wario Ware: Get it Together! and Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain will be sold for only $16.50 apiece. What a deal!

Shoppers can see the complete list of Black Friday specials in Nintendo’s press release. Note that these sales have not begun at this time. The start date for the Black Friday sale is not listed in the press release, but IGN has confirmed it is scheduled for November 20th to the 27th. No details are known yet where the specials will precisely occur. Some big box retailers are already running their own holiday specials for Nintendo merchandise. If you’re not satisfied with the current sales, keep looking. Shoppers can expect to see bigger sales as we get closer to the holiday season.
