The holiday shopping season is in full swing, and with it comes a sleighful of opportunities for gamers on the snow-capped horizon. Nintendo announced in a press release on Tuesday that there will be a nice variety of Black Friday promotions on their products at various retailers including Nintendo eShop and the Nintendo Store website. These sales begin on November 24 and will include a hefty discount on Tears of the Kingdom for $49.99 USD at Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart, and Target. The Tears of the Kingdom themed protective Switch carrying case will receive a $10 USD discount off the regular price. Sales of other popular Nintendo Switch games will also be available at $39.99 for Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Pikmin 4, and more.
Nintendo has partnered with Best Buy to present a Family Fun Day on December 7 to showcase free demos of Echoes of Wisdom and other games across select Best Buy stores. They have also partnered with GameStop to present similar demos of Echoes of Wisdom and other games at select GameStop locations on December 14. These are nice opportunities to try out the newest Zelda game if you or anyone in your family hasn’t done so yet. But if any of these fun Nintendo titles have already sold you, be ready to snag these deals through this link when they go live before the Grinch does.
