Special Zelda issue of Ninty Fresh magazine announced

The Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for issue four of Ninty Fresh magazine has gone live today, along with the announcement that this issue will be a celebration of The Legend of Zelda.

Ninty Fresh is a crowdfunded magazine produced in the UK by the team behind Switch Player magazine. It is an unofficial Nintendo magazine featuring game reviews, retrospectives, features, and op-eds all about Nintendo games “from NES to now” as the tagline goes. The magazines also feature original artwork inspired by the games covered.

Previous issues of the magazine had been available as both digital copies and print copies, but it appears that this time around the lowest funding tier is the print copies only.

Creator Paul Murphy is also known for running The Vita Lounge, which was a website dedicated to reviewing Playstation Vita games. His first book, The Unofficial amiibo Handbook, had just been fully funded on Kickstarter when it was removed due to a copyright dispute. As of this article, this has not been resolved.

Ninty Fresh magazine is available to back now on Indiegogo, with the physical edition costing £5, the Premium bundle (including a Zelda-themed Ninty Fresh) pin at £10, and the Super Mario 128 bundle — which allows backers to have their name printed in the magazine — at £20. All prices exclude shipping costs.
