A new complementary service being offered by Nintendo allows for personal assistance in setting up a new Switch Console. The pilot program, called “Nintendo Switch Concierge,” offers the user a virtual one-on-one meeting with a Nintendo representative.
The program isn’t limited to just setting up your Switch, either; if you’re interested in learning what all of what your new Switch can do, the service also enables customers to book sessions based on various topics such as “Customization”, “Privacy and Security”, and more.
This service is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you’re in need of assistance be sure to book an appointment.
