Nintendo Dream readers know who to be stranded on a desert island with

It’s an age-old question: Who would you want to be stranded on a desert island with? Well, according to Japanese Nintendo, Nintendo Dream posed this question to its readers — with the caveat of choosing only Nintendo characters — and they provided some interesting answers. Metal Gear Solid’s Snake with his elite training and Animal Crossing’s Villager with their upcoming ability to create a living space on an island are both excellent choices. But I’m not sold on Kirby, who came in with the second-most points. While I’m sure Kirby could survive without any problems, I’m concerned that there might be not enough food for the both of us.

The character with the most points is, of course, the obvious choice: Link. Able to cook delicacies with a mere five ingredients, find life-giving fairies in the most obscure locations, climb anything so long as it’s not raining, and is also the literal embodiment of courage, Link is the best choice if you had to be stranded on a desert island with a Nintendo character. And this is just if we’re talking about Link from Breath of the Wild, in which case he already has experience with this problem!
