Tokyo Game Show, one of the top gaming conventions in the world, will be celebrating eSports with its new main visual illustration for the 2018 edition. This was announced via a tweet from the event’s organizer, the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association.
This year’s illustration was once again put in the hands of the talented artist Ippei Gyoubu, who was in charge of the visuals for many of the event’s previous editions. The choice of the theme was not random, though. eSports has been a hot topic in Japan this year, with its popularity clearly on the rise. The slogan reads, “The curtain rises for a new stage.” Check it out below!
Tokyo Game Show 2018 will take place through September 19-23, 2018.
