Recently, Kit and Krysta from Nintendo Minute went on a special shopping spree at the employee store at Nintendo of America headquarters in Redmond, Washington. With fifteen clues in hand, the duo tried their best to pick the most fitting merchandise for their particular riddles. All items were donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation in the spirit of the holidays, which is a truly sweet gesture on the part of Nintendo of America and the Nintendo Minute hosts.
Unlike Nintendo NY, this store is not open to the public, so for many, this video may be their only chance to see inside. Nintendo goodies adorn every shelf and span the breadth of the imagination. During their hunt, Kit and Krysta showcased many of these wonderful items, from Splatoon playing cards and Super Mario doormats to a gorgeous Champion’s Tunic inspired hoodie and plenty more. The list of incredible wares available at the store is too long to list, so the best solution is just to check out the video below and see how many drool-worthy products you can spot for yourself.
I’m particularly fond of the newly released Breath of the Wild Link plushie and the Sheikah Slate cushion from Sanei (which can be seen at around 4:55 in the video). Let us know in the comments which products had you throwing money at your computer screen!
Finally, I’d like to say a very special thanks to Kit and Krysta for letting us see inside this secret store, for their continuing contributions to charity, and for their exceptional work throughout Nintendo Minute’s four-year history.
