More than 31,000 animation and video game fans took over the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta this past weekend for MomoCon. The convention, which originated as a small student-run convention at Georgia Tech in 2004, now holds the largest gaming showfloor in the southeast. With that many gamers in one place, Zelda cosplayers were out in full force, and Breath of the Wild was the title of choice for many fans. Below is just a handful of the immensely talented Zelda cosplayers I ran into at the con.

The best thing about the Skull Kid here: his bracelets rattled!

The always sassy Tetra

Riju with a Pikachu photobomb

Careful Link, you don’t want the Gerudo to find out you’re really a Voe!

And of course, the beautiful Zelda holding her favorite flower: the Silent Princess

The sword of evil’s bane was surprisingly reasonable at MomoCon…there was a booth in the Merch Hall selling SURPRISINGLY quality foam Master Sword replicas/props for $20! I absolutely nabbed one, hanging on my wall now.
