While the night of the Nintendo Switch presentation was a busy one, the day after was just as significant with Nintendo’s Treehouse Live going in-depth with many of the games revealed for the new console. One of those games was, of course, Breath of the Wild, and the Treehousers spent a packed twenty-five minutes of the game with Shigeru Miyamoto and Eiji Aonuma.
If you were busy catching up on sleep that day, Nintendo has kindly put up the segment on their YouTube page for your viewing pleasure. Much of the video goes over the catching and taming of horses, and the roles the stables play in the game. Additionally we get new looks at a Shrine, we experience some mounted combat, and we’re gifted with another look at that cute doggo that hangs around one stable.
There’s a lot more than that in this video, and it would be wise to give it a look if you want a few equine strategies going into the game. You’ll need that knowledge to protect your loyal steeds; as Treehouse Live reveals in their segment, the horses can perish in battle if you’re not careful.
