Side-scrollers are challenging enough on their own. Add in fighting off multiple characters, and you go from fun and whimsical to nerve-wracking madness! The director of the Super Smash Bros. series exclaims “Then you continue into the valley–it’s in 3D Land, after all. “At the end you go into a giant pipe that takes you back to the beginning.”

With the constant jumping and abundance of gaps, the top-notch floating abilities of Peach, Yoshi and Kirby would be a major help in this level. Sakurai explains the level in further detail, adding “And finally, you get back on rails to go farther into the stage. It takes roughly two minutes to complete a lap, and at the end you go into a giant pipe that takes you back to the beginning.”
