Recently on Reddit, someone posted a picture of Koholint Island. The thing that separates this from other maps is that this is a piece of clothing.

Koholint Island is the place Link finds himself washed upon in Link’s Awakening. It’s a fairly small island but has a lot of places to explore. Reddit user Kanthia has posted this cross-stitch of Koholint island. She has four pictures showing her progress of creating it. It started as a simple stitch and eventually had more detail and color adding coming out to the picture at the very bottom. It’s not the most detailed map of the island, but the distinguishable parts of the island can be seen in color. Unfortunately, these are not for sale, but they are cool anyway.

Would you buy one if possible? Let us know in the comments.

    I want a giant blanket of a Zelda map…

    • April

      That’d be sweet!

  • Jazz

It looks like a basic version of the map from LoZ: A Link to the Past. Seriously, like the spine of the LTTP Map of Hyrule. Anyone else see it?

I wouldn't buy one, but I think its awesome. Maybe if it was a tote bag tho

  • Guil.

I've seen a exact copy of the map done like this, but this is pretty good.

I love to cross stitch, and I always thought it'd be fun to try something like this. Looks nice!

  • Would totally buy one, this would be great framed. BTW, one of the best Zelda games in the series, played this through multiple times on road trips, never got old!
