ZUBC, ZU’s newly established media group, is giving away prizes in a competition! What do you need to do? How much time do you have? Have ye got what it takes (haha, a Zelda quote)? Find out inside! And oh – one more thing: you can also find an introduction about me, the new newsposter over here, in this newsitem!
Let’s start off with some information about me. I’m Quint Zieltjens, becoming 18 years old within a month and I’m from Tilburg, The Netherlands. I’m about to study medicines at the university of Rotterdam and I’m also the head editor of the Dutch Nintendo-website www.Wii-DS.nl. I’m assigned as a news and media manager, which will allow me to bring you the latest news about Zelda ánd keep the pages like the Merchandise-page up-to-date. I hope I’ll have a great time here and I hope you guys will appreciate the work coming from my side.
So, now that that’s done, let’s get to the competition!
ZUBC should be well-known among you guys. It’s the media group which provides podcasts and has its own staff. Well, they felt like doing something extra and that’s why they are holding a competition. Here’s Dom with his own advertisement:
Fancy being involved with the ZUBC but don’t want the stress of the full time effort? Want to give something back to this community? Want something awesome to happen? Want to make yourself known?
Well have I got news for you? Yes… I do.
For I am holding a competition!
And the prize? Well, It’s pretty sweet, I’ll tell you that, but only that.
So what do you have to do?
Well, it’s quite simple:
Produce a video over between 30 seconds and 5 minutes in length which answers the following question:
What does ZU mean to you?
You must include your username and when you joined. Other than that, how you make it is totally up to you.
Remember, I want video, not audio.
The deadline is just a bit more than two weeks from today: March 22nd. Videos can be uploaded to your favourite file host or Youtube, just PM me a link.
Sounds easy, doesn’t it? So go grab your videocamera and tell ZUBC what ZU means to you! And yes, my new, personal fans, may create some fanvideos if that’s the reason why you’re here. I’ll put in a good word for you!
