A glitch surrounding the Twinrova boss fight in Ocarina of Time is once again making its rounds in the Zelda community. The glitch is set up by getting Twinrova to low health by doing the final sword slash while the fire or ice attack is still reflecting off of the mirror shield and onto her. After this, she will seemingly disappear but you need to wait around the arena for exactly seven and a half minutes for her to return. Once this time passes, a sound should be heard and an invisible Twinrova with low health will appear.
If you can manage to defeat her in the same way as before, it’ll produce the same result. Wait another seven and a half minutes and an invisible Twinrova will appear once again. Every time she is slain, a new heart container will appear, allowing for an opportunity to duplicate as many as you’d like to before you leave! Wait, slay, repeat!
A video that came out recently describes how this glitch can be done with discussion surrounding it being “new” has been circulating on various forms and websites.
However, some videos of this glitch being performed can be traced back to over a decade ago on YouTube from user yama7352! While the video doesn’t have any commentary, the content within the video and the description explains how this glitch works. It’s crazy seeing this glitch being rediscovered every so often and talked about again after it was found so long ago.
