Hey, who put chocolate in my Zelda? The popular toy giant’s partnership with Nintendo continues with a new line of collectible cards featuring Tears of the Kingdom screenshots and artwork. The cards will be available at Japan retailers December 23rd, and each card will be packaged with a twinset of chocolate flavored wafers. According to local Japanese sources, the cards are metallic placards with a glossy finish and come in a variety of designs that include gold foil, embossing, and even glow in the dark features. There are 28 designs total, including one “secret card” with a design that is not revealed to the public. But unlike the Zonai gacha toys, Zelda fans outside of Japan aren’t completely out of luck. Randomly assorted card packs are currently available for purchase via Play Asia online. The packs are said to have 20 pieces and include the chocolate wafers too, but beyond that, the precise product description is a little ambiguous. Card pulls appear to be random and assorted. “Please note that there is a possibility that our ordered quantity will be cut by the supplier,” states Play Asia on their website.
