Happy Trans Day of Visibility! I’m Jess Rappaport, aka @GoldenChaos, the owner of Zelda Universe and a very proud trans woman.
Today I want to celebrate how supportive Zelda Universe and the Zelda community has always been to LGBT+ individuals. Zelda Universe isn’t just supportive of trans people, Zelda Universe is made by trans people, all brought together by our love of Zelda.
We want to continue to affirm that all trans voices in our community will be met with love and support, and that we remain committed to fostering inclusivity on Zelda Universe and in the Zelda community. If you are trans, we and the Zelda Universe community want you to feel seen and heard. You are not alone.

Hi, my name is Cassandra Alicent Garrett. I’m the Assistant ZUthon Director and special events coordinator at Zelda Universe! Discovering who you truly are inside can be the scariest thing to go through, but with the people in this community I always had a safe space to explore my identity before I came out. Everyone’s journey is unique and special but no matter what you may face, know that there is always someone out there rooting for you to succeed. Against the faces of evil you are not alone! As a wise Zora once said, “Don’t give up! I believe in you!”
