Zelda News: Cadence of Hyrule DLC, Banjo-Kazooie crossover mod, and ZUThon

Hey Zelda fans! Another episode of our Zelda News series has gone live on YouTube. This week sees yet another wave of interesting topics to talk about, so let’s get right into it, shall we?

The most heavy-hitting recent piece of news is the DLC for last year’s Cadence of Hyrule. As Amanda explains in the video, the game will be receiving three paid DLC packs with the first one being currently available. Each DLC adds a variety of content, including sharacters, music, and additional story content.

The first DLC pack is called the “Character Pack” and features Impa, Aria, Shadow Link, Shadow Zelda, and Frederick. This pack is available to purchase now on the Nintendo eShop, with the other two coming at a later date. If you’re planning on picking them all up, they’re available as part of the Cadence of Hyrule Season Pass. However, if you’re like me and prefer physical copies, the game will be receiving a retail release on October 23.

More information about what each pack includes is available on Nintendo’s website, with Pack 2 featuring music and Pack 3 including Skull Kid as a playable character as well as new story content.

Other exciting news includes a mod for Banjo-Kazooie which crossovers the bear and bird with Ocarina of Time, and our ongoing ZUThon. If you’re interested in tuning into our charity event, you can do so on our Twitch channel.
