ZUthon, our annual summer charity marathon, starts this Thursday, and we’ll be playing Zelda games for 100 hours to raise money for Direct Relief’s COVID-19 Response. The schedule has been finalized, so read on to see what we’ll be playing, and some of the special guests who’ll be joining us.
We’ll kick off at 12pm PDT this Thursday July 30 with Breath of the Wild part one, and we’ll be streaming nonstop on our Twitch channel until (at least) 4pm PDT on Monday, August 3. Look forward to randomizers because we’ve got plenty of them this year: Ocarina of Time (including a multiworld), The Wind Waker, and a race through A Link to the Past. We’ll be getting competitive with a Twilight Princess minigame competition, a race through the original Zelda, and a twist on a race through Majora’s Mask. And there’s plenty of fun to be had with games such as Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons being played side-by-side, Link’s Awakening on Switch, Cadence of Hyrule, and The Minish Cap.
