Nintendo’s latest software update for the Switch launched this past Monday, April 13. Various features were added and improved via this update, with many of them being options that Switch owners have been requesting.
The noteworthy updates include:
- The option to bookmark news articles to save them for later.
- The ability to transfer software data between your Nintendo Switch and a microSD card. (You cannot move any save data or certain types of update data, however.)
- A selection of profile icons featuring characters from Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
- The ability to alter the button mapping of multiple controllers through the Switch’s Settings menu.
- The relocation of the “Display play activity to:” and “Delete Play Activity” to the new Play Activity Settings.
