What better way to raise money for a good cause than a week full of Zelda? This July, the annual Zelda Dungeon Marathon is returning, this time supporting the Extra Life Charity and adding a new game to the roster. The marathon will begin July 13 and run until July 19.

If you haven’t heard, the Zelda Dungeon Marathon is an annual charity event, going back all the way to 2012. During that week, the Zelda Dungeon team tackles every mainline Zelda game from start to finish. Sometimes it is a friendly playthrough, while others are a highly competitive race to the credits. During the event viewers are encouraged to donate, and throughout the years this marathon has raised more than $30,000 for charity.
This year there will be more than just your standard Zelda fare, however. The team will also be playing less-popular spin-off titles such as Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland and the dreaded CD-i games. They are also adding Cadence of Hyrule to the mix, which should be a welcome addition to the event.
You can watch the whole event live from Zelda Dungeon’s Twitch channel. The show begins at 9 a.m. CDT on Saturday, July 13.
