After three years of production, the Zelda fan film Oblivion Rising is here! Directed by Scotty Whitehurst (who also plays Link) and written by Jay Norris (the Moblin King), Oblivion Rising is a deeply character-driven story that asks the question, “How far would you go for the one you love?”.
I had the pleasure of attending an early screening of Oblivion Rising last month during Southern Geek Fest, and what I loved most about the film were the subtle nods to the different games from the franchise and even the cartoon series — don’t worry, it’s nowhere nearly as cheesy.
