Opening a narration with an internet meme? That’s surely one way to divide viewers’ feelings towards this new Tri Force Heroes commercial. Nintendo is emphasising that “It’s dangerous to go alone — so don’t.” I don’t think the game is going to give us much choice anyway, but thanks Mr. Narrator Man.
Beyond the burly voice hyping up the game, the video shows off some snippets of gameplay showcasing combat, puzzles, outfits and the Totem formation. There’s a lot crammed into the commercial’s 30-second slot, so hopefully it will entice some of the TV audience to give the game a shot.
