Having worked with Nintendo closely many times before and co-operating development on Skyward Sword, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and more, it makes sense that Monolith Soft would also be involved in the development of A Link Between Worlds. The studio has their name in the end credits of the upcoming 3DS game. It’s not clear what exactly they contributed to the game, but if Monolith’s Xenoblade Chronicles (one of my favourite Wii games ever) and the very promising Wii U title currently codenamed “X” are any indications, then their contribution the newest Zelda instalment can only mean good things!
