A few days ago, we reported that Ocarina of Time 3D would be featuring a single orchestrated track, hidden somewhere in the game. We can now confirm that the orchestrated track is the same one featured in one of the game trailers (above), a beautiful medley that combines the Hyrule Field and overworld themes. The track can be found in the game credits, although it’s unknown if it will appear solo or alongside the original Ocarina of Time credits music.

This seems like a nice treat for finishing Ocarina of Time 3D, although it would have been amazing to have heard the entire game soundtrack like this. What are your thoughts? Drop us a comment and let us know!

Very nice, these are the very end credits, correct?
Which means we'll still be getting that memoriable credit music from the first game

  • Link

    This is just wonderful.
I hope they keep both though. The original's is just too memorable.
Maybe it will be in MQ's credits?
But, this song is so beautiful and memorable. This is just another classic that I will be singing in my head in the middle of class.

I don't think it's a good idea to orchestrate all of the soundtrack, because we know that much awesomness and epicness can't be contained in one single cartridge. In that case there should have been more cartridges, but, still, I don't think more cartridges could fit the awesomness and epicness. Nintendo should really make some awesomeproof cartridges…

πŸ™ Dissapointment. I wish it was somewhere else instead of the credits. That means I have to beat the game to listen to this wonderful song. So pretty. And while watching the trailer once again, my eyes were crossed and it looked 3D. I mean it actually worked for the first time! So three good things happened today. E3 is coming! We found the orchestrated song, and I made a video look 3D! And it's only the morning!

  • wooow!

look jabu jabu en the man in kakariko village, hes run over the plains!!!

  • Kitakee

Wait. They mention there will be a secret orchestrated song somewhere in the game, and then put it in one of the trailers? Epic fail if you ask me.

    • starwebs1

Other way around. The trailer came first and we didn't know it would be THAT song.

      • Kitakee

Well yes, but still. Doesn't seem very well thought through to me. Knowing where it's played doesn't bother me as much as knowing what song it is. And saying it's "secret" while it's already been revealed seems a little … odd. πŸ˜›

        • kirby_freak

This technically could be a different song. For all we know, there's another song in the game. πŸ™‚ Not likely, but possible. πŸ™‚

  • Z-MAN7

The song would have fit perfectly to play when you enter Hyrule field as Adult Link.

  • sam

Lil bummed it’s not the ending credits, but it’s still a good composition so I’m gonna take it like it is πŸ™‚

  • cloverplayer

that was quick! (not the song, finding out the song)

  • Lach Menel

    I have chills now.

  • zeldafan4040

I'm sure it's magnificent, but I'm not listening because I wana hear it when I actually beat the game! πŸ™‚

    • AwesomeSauce

Same with me. I'd much rather it be a surprise than ruin it right away πŸ˜›

  • robotortoise

Awesome! I found out when they play in the game, too: "It plays over the second half of the credits, dedicated to the team behind the port. The original credits still roll beforeο»Ώ these ones with the original music."

  • Anomynous

In some of the parts it sounds like super mario galaxy

  • Kargaroc

Great! I didn’t think we would have a clean version of this!

  • do u like waffles?

please oh please let the game come out!!!!!!!!!!! i cant wait
