Japanese website Dengeki Hobby has just announced a new Breath of the Wild Link figure from Medicom Toy and boy is it beautiful. Standing at approximately 30 cm (12 inches) tall, the poseable figure comes with detailed accessories and interchangeable hands and heads that can be used to customize Link’s appearance. The accessories include Link’s bow, a quiver full of regular arrows, one of the special arrows shown in the first trailer, a sword, shield, a hooded cloak, and the all-important Sheikah Slate. Two heads are included so that Link’s expression can be switched to a shout, perfect for use with action poses. The figure itself — or at least the head — will be made of PVC, but the clothes are made from cloth, adding to the realistic detail. The release date is still to be decided, but the figure is planned to retail for ¥30,240 ($285 USD).
These pictures are taken from the prototype figure, not the final version, but it looks like it’s going to be a must-add to any Zelda fan’s collection.
