Lawrence Manning’s Trio of the Goddesses vinyl records now available

It seems to be a great season right now for Zelda music enthusiasts. Mana Wave Media published a new vinyl record series featuring the album “Trio of the Goddesses” by renowned musician Lawrence Manning. She has arranged and composed 16 pieces of music in all that contain nostalgic tracks from almost every single game in the Zelda franchise, from the very first Legend of Zelda all the way to Breath of the Wild. Written for a piano, violin, and cello trio, “this release is presented on an incredible layered finish jacket that includes spot gloss, soft touch, and black inner flood on top of a metallic goldboard,” states Mana Wave Media. The remarkable fan vinyl album is also “presented in 180g Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald galaxy colorways, and a limited gold nugget” color as well. Test press kits were initially sold followed by the listing of the standard batch. According to Mana Wave Media’s site the test press vinyl kits will ship to customers starting December 4th.

Some music enthusiasts emphatically state that the sound from vinyl records is better quality than streamed music and CDs due to the fact that the recording is not compressed in a vinyl like recordings for modern digital formats. With that in mind, Lawrence Manning’s vinyl is a great holiday gift idea for those type of folks in your life. The Trio of the Goddesses vinyl record is available for sale in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Don’t know anyone with a vinyl record player? No worries. You can sample streams of the album on BandCamp, YouTube, and Spotify at your own pace. Spoiler alert: it still sounds great. You can find direct links to Lawrence Manning’s vinyl album in all three areas here.
