Calling all Sheikah and Yiga enthusiasts alike!
Preorders have opened for the Eyes of Hyrule, a fanzine dedicated to the secretive folk who helped shape Hyrule’s history. The project aims to explore the lives, history, and creations of the Sheikah people, and their splinter groups based on the lore provided throughout the Zelda series. The zine roughly spans over eighty pages of content with works by artists, writers, and musicians. All proceeds from this project will go towards Cultural Survival, a charity organization that advocates for Indigenous Peoples’ rights and supports Indigenous communities’ self-determination, cultures and political resilience.
As seen above, the following bundles are available for preorder until March 4:
- Training Grounds – $15 (Digital bundle)
- Graveyard – $25 (Physical zine)
- Kakariko – $40 (Physical zine and flat merch)
- Temple – $60 (Full bundle)
- Workshop – $50 (Merch only)
Other physical items will be unlocked as stretch goals, but only if certain order numbers are met. So far, the twenty-five dollar order goal has been reached, so all eligible physical orders will include an Impa and Purah acrylic standee. The physical CD, tote bag, and enamel pin remain to be unlocked.
The Eyes of Hyrule is also hosting a giveaway for Age of Calamity Impa prints signed by her voice actor Andi Gibson on their social media accounts until March 4. More details on how to enter can be found on their Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram pages!
According to their Big Cartel, preorders are expected to ship in Summer 2023, but we will keep you apprised of any updates in the time frame.
