New screenshots show how good Groose looks in HD, and oh, Gaepora is there too

As the release date for Skyward Sword HD approaches, Nintendo has begun its slow release of HD screenshots and key art from the game. This comes hot off the heels of tons of merchandising announcements like the steelbook, Korok collection, and the Zelda and Loftwing amiibo (the last of which left fans somewhat divided). The latest batch of key graphics and screenshots depict for fan-favorite character Groose and also Gaepora. Fans also get another look at Link and Groose’s cronies, Cawlin and Stritch.

Players get to reconnect with the true hero of Hyrule (and Gaepora) when Skyward Sword HD releases on July 16, 2021.
