The man, the myth, the legend Reggie Fils-Aimé has been very vocal since his retirement. In a recent interview with Gamertag Radio, Reggie opened up about his decision to retire.
“Knowing that [the Nintendo Switch] was going to be successful is what helped make my retirement decision easy,” Fils-Aimé said. “I knew the company was going to be in great shape for at least a few years.”
Fils-Aimé seems to be correct in his statement, considering how popular the Switch has been as of late. March 2020 saw an unprecedented month of sales, the Guardian has ranked it as the best handheld console, and its incredible sales in Europe shows that the Switch has no intention of stopping.
