Zelda News: ‘The Girl from Arkanya’ enters beta testing, ‘Paper Zelda’ fan game, and more

Another episode of our Zelda News series is now live on YouTube, with Amanda delving into the latest Zelda highlights!

The Girl from Arkanya, a top-down Zelda-esque adventure game, has entered beta testing. Volunteer backers will have an opportunity to partake in upcoming limited testing of the first dungeons. The game will launch on most platforms, including the Switch.

An adorable 10” Cadence plush is now available via Fangamer. Designed by Nina Matsumoto, the Cadence of Hyrule star can be purchased for $29. For those who still aren’t sold on it, the shovel is removable and attaches with magnets.

The Retro Room released a beta demo of a fanmade Paper Zelda game, combining characters and locations from the Zelda series with the RPG elements and style of Paper Mario. The demo is available for download on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

For 1,000 My Nintendo Platinum Points, an acrylic panel is available to redeem featuring art from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. Also back in stock (as of this posting) is the popular Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity memo pad for 600 Platinum Points.
