The Legend of Zelda continues to be in the spotlight this month as the modder Waikuteru, who just days ago restored unused shrine “Dungeon 136,” has now brought the community a mod for Link’s house in Breath of the Wild.
In the original game, it is possible to save up some supplies and rupees to buy a house and renovate it. Like almost all the quests in the game, this is an optional quest that is honestly of little use. However, Waikuteru has challenged us to “reimagine” this purchase, making small changes to improve the interior of the house and encourage players to go there more often.
Among the improvements: a fast-travel point, a fire for cooking meals inside your house, a very comfortable bed to collect three hearts at once, a stable to leave your horses, and a nearby pond for fishing.
But we cannot forget the incredible new interior decoration that includes paintings featuring concept art from the developers. Oh, and the pet chicken you’ve always dreamed of.
