Ocarina of Time is a cult classic. It’s easily considered one of the best games of all time and everyone likes to return to it. From ongoing speedrun record attempts to new mods, the game is still very much alive in 2020. Modder Skilar has developed two mods for the game which replaces Link’s model with two iconic designs.
The first is Link’s appearance from Twilight Princess. The mod is an updated version of the one released in 2018. This skin repurposes some of Link’s items to resemble his Twilight Princess counterpart while also altering his character model. Skilar’s Mods are usually extremely detailed, and this one is no exception. Each part of Link is refined with some extra details — for example, Link’s arsenal and appearance receive additional polygons to add to the design work.
Skilar’s other mod project replaces Links outfit with the iconic Champion’s Tunic from Breath of the Wild, removing his hat to showcase his tied-up hair. Again, this mod is extremely detailed with more updates coming in the future.
