Here’s another interesting tidbit from the recent Nintendo Treehouse stream on Link’s Awakening.
While demonstrating gameplay in Mabe Village, Treehouse staffer Audrey Drake explained, “Your sword, shield, things like your Power Bracelet, Pegasus Boots are always equipped.”
In the original game, you had to manually equip all of your items, assigning each one to the A or B buttons on the Game Boy. It’s great to see little adjustments like this in the remake, making the experience much smoother!
