Releasing November 30 is the Majora’s Mask inspired album Children of Termina by Rozen. The G.A.N.G. award-winning arranger and composer is known for his immersive cinematic orchestrations, including Zelda albums Sins of Hyrule and Ballads of Hyrule.

In his upcoming album, Rozen explores the lore of Termina. “There’s so much beauty found in darkness and mystery, even at the final moments of one’s existence. I wanted to capture all the feelings in the hearts of the people of Termina when they’re looking up at the falling moon, one last time, before facing extinction: love, solitude, despair, acceptance. It is my wish that you join me in this unsettling but emotional journey in the lands below Hyrule, and feel the same desperate need to heal the world as Link did,” he says.

Here at Zelda Universe, we are giving you guys an exclusive preview of the album. The Clock Town theme is one my favorite pieces of music from the Zelda series, and Rozen’s arrangement makes me love it even more!

Pre-orders for Children of Termina are open now on Bandcamp, with digital copies available November 30. A limited number of physical copies are also up for pre-order. The CD is priced at $20 and is expected to ship in December.

To really level-up your Zelda collection, you’ll want to check out the vinyl copy. There is a standard edition with panoramic artwork on the jacket, and a limited deluxe edition 2xLP vinyl featuring alternate artwork with purple foil, foil-stamped numbering, sheet music so you can play it yourself, and an autograph by Rozen. The vinyl editions are planned to ship in January 2019. All physical copies include a digital download of the album.
