ASTRO have partnered with Nintendo, as announced at PAX East 2018, to bring a Zelda branded A40 headset into the world in time for this holiday season. Included with the deal are “speaker tags” or vanity plates as they might also be known as. It should be noted that there has been no announcement of what the price might be as of yet however.

The A40 headset is compatible with the Nintendo Switch and it is used at professional level. It has an array of features including quick adjustment of game-to-voice balance settings, allowing the player to determine the amount of desirable sound in terms of game and voice individually.
The partnership has also led to the unveiling of a Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3 set, along with The Legend of Zelda in a beautiful throwback to the NES era.
