Hey, did you notice that a prequel to Breath of the Wild came out a couple weeks ago? It’s pretty neat!
This episode of the ZUCast has been in the works for a couple months, so just consider this our pre-AoC episode. Hey, don’t be disappointed! We’ve still got some great, fascinating content for you this time!
Brian T. starts us off by hyping you up for Age of Calamity so that you cross your fingers that you get it for the holidays. Shona continues her “Zelda Enemies” series with a look at the fascinating evolution of the Zola race. Er, Zora. (Did you know they were evil at first‽) Randy is back with an idea for a different kind of Zelda spinoff game, and Elias presents another well-researched, extremely peaceful, bite-sized behind-the-scenes look at our beloved series’ origins. Plus, Ann and Realm do the Community News!
But best of all, your hosts this episode are both female! Amanda’s the one with the thick Southern accent, while Kelly is the one with the thick Minnesotan accent. Huh? They don’t have thick accents? Well, I’m sure you’ll be able to tell them apart! (Disclaimer: I’m just riffing on a joke they themselves make in the first minute of the episode; I swear I’m not a raging misogynist lol.)
