Check out this fun metal album by GameGrooves inspired by The Wind Waker

In early September of last year, Ro Panuganti released his newest Zelda-inspired album called “The Ocean,” which covers songs from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Published by GameGrooves, it features eight different tracks recreated in modern metal, progressive metal and other similar fusion styles. It showcases the intensity of boss fights, and revamped groove-heavy arrangements of the soundtrack Zelda fans have come to know and love. The Ocean features a virtual orchestra known as “ProgXP” that have musicians from around the world. The album continues to function as a concept album featuring 6-7-8 string guitar showcases, heavy band arrangements and a contrast of gentle and aggressive tracks from the iconic game.
